STRATEGY - THE RIGHT DIRECTION TOWARDS NEW GOALS

The need to adapt and renew a company’s or organisation’s strategy will become apparent as the market conditions change. Market and processes are constantly affected, meaning of course that the company should focus on new goals and ways to achieve them. Therefore the implementation of new strategies will also lead to changes in the company within a large number of areas. 


In order to set up a new strategy, agreement should be reached as to why the need has arisen, where the company wants to go after acknowledging the changed circumstances, what it takes to get there, and not least a deadline for achieving the goals. After clarification of these questions, it will be possible to set up and implement a new strategy and start a development process towards change.
